This Palm tree was salvaged in Charleston, SC. The Sabal Palmetto tree is the state tree of South Carolina.
Screen printed on white 11"x14" acid-free paper.
Sold unframed, signed, dated, and includes a card with information about the tree and printing process.
This is a hand pulled screen print. It originally started as a relief print pulled directly from the wood. That piece was then used to create a silkscreen, which allows for more creativity with shape, size, and color.
